EAC Registration System

Welcome to the EACA's Online Registration System!

The EAC registration system is a tool which allows Show Organizers, Exhibitors, and EACs to locate, track, and communicate the essential information necessary for access to the show floor to provide exhibit services.  Once you are logged in for your event you will be provided with information on show dates, move-in and move-out times, EAC registration deadlines as well as EAC rules and regulations.

The system also enables exhibitors to locate and select the EAC of their choice for notification to Show Management.  Once notified, the EAC registration system automates the process for communicating all essential information for EAC vetting and credentialing, all in one convenient site.  You can also add, delete, or change your EAC notification elections should plans change.  Once your EAC selection is entered into the system you will receive electronic confirmation so that you are assured your EAC notification has been recorded!  Best of all, the EAC registration system is accessible from any web-enabled computer!
